Just wondering how you went about obtaining this application, ex has failed to drop the boys couple of times plus refuses holiday time despite court order. We want to issue her with this even if its only a slap on the wrist.

Just wondering how you went about getting access to the medical records?

We’ve been civil and requested both doctor’s and dentist records from the ex (child’s mouth is full of fillings and complains during some visitation that his gums are sore and bleeding) she ignores messages and won’t send.
