BBC Radio 4 Media Request: Financial Settlements
BBC Radio 4 is researching a programme on the financial settlement aspect of divorce. It will look at how the family law courts operate from the point of view of Litigants in Person (self representation).
We would like to speak to people who have gone through all three hearings in the ‘Financial Remedy’ (previously ‘Ancillary Relief’) process and would be willing to share their experiences of coping with this without legal representation.
PLEASE NOTE: Anonymity can be preserved and all names and details changed and/or obscured – to avoid identification if required.
