Armed Police arrest F4J Protestors at Heathrow
Armed police have arrested two Fathers4Justice protestors at Heathrow this Father’s Day.
Two men were arrested by armed police after they scaled the perimeter fence. The men were running towards the runway but surrendered to armed officers.
The protest marks a return to direct action for Fathers4Justice and the launch of their London 2012, Fatherless Games campaign.
Nadine O’Connor, Campaign Director said, “we said earlier this week we would return to direct action after the sham shared parenting proposals were announced by the Government. Unlike this Government we keep our promises. They have declared war on fathers and families and we will fight back”.
